Periods & payments
Less than 48 hours notice will incur 50% of the treatment cost payable
Less than 24 hours notice & 'No Shows' will incur 100% of the treatment cost payable.
Our cancellation policy also applies to appointments where the a patch test has not been carried out within time for the appointment
